About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work closely with our account managers and clients to execute digital marketing campaigns for education providers across Australia and beyond.
You'll be involved in the day-to-day coordination of marketing activities, from managing social media calendars to analysing campaign performance and preparing client reports.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid social, paid search, and SEO
- Manage content calendars and schedule posts across multiple platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports for clients
- Assist with copywriting for ads, emails, and landing pages
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure deliverables are on track
- Support the team with research, competitive analysis, and market insights
- Help manage budgets and track spending across campaigns
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A genuine interest in education and edtech
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience working in an agency environment
- Knowledge of HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar marketing tools
- Experience with Canva or basic design skills
- Understanding of the Australian higher education sector
